About Unisk
Design studio designing upgrade covers to make the Ikea Symfonisk smart speaker look as good as it sounds.
It started when we saw the Ikea Symfonisk Bookshelf wifi speaker, a good quality product with a somewhat disappointing choice of cover fabric: A dull grey colored fabric sometimes glued on skewed. The neutral cover can hide in many interiors but won’t give the speaker an aesthetic that fits its brilliant Sonos sound.
We decided to create replacement covers to make people treasure their Symfonisk.
Like the many different homes and the various songs playing from the Symfonisk the front had to be more unique: the Unisk cover.
